SPH was a Portuguese label founded by Fernando Luis Cerquera in September 1991 due to the lack of labels to release Croniamantal (later Ras.Al.Ghul), the music group he was in. His label was offering quality unknown electronic, experimental, noise, ambient and piano music on cassettes in original plastic bag packaging but also on CDs. He managed to organize concerts for Portuguese and foreign groups on not that developed underground scene in his country with the support he received. SPH was inactive for a few years, resurfacing in 2015 as a Portuguese music netlabel.
