Third pressing limited to 5000 copies, numbered from 5001 to 10000.

Side A is a full picture of the front sleeve with a little white box near the bottom-right side where the record is hand-numbered in red ink.

Side B is yellow vinyl with the simile-autographs: William S. Burroughs and Kurtis Donald C?hbaine.
The foil that the vinyl was packaged in contains a red sticker saying "Limited Edition Picture Disc of 5000"

William S. Burroughs was recorded at Red House Studios, Lawrence, KS, on September 25, 1992.
Kurt's guitar part was recorded in November, 1992. Barrett Jones pushed the record button straight to DAT at Laundry Room Studios in Seattle, WA.
